Leland Jones is extraordinary. Lee had our new Rogue parked in the show room prepped and tagged when I got there. We had only decided on the car earlier in the day. Working through the paperwork took less than an hour. Lee was also careful to provide a full review of the electronics in the vehicle and discussed all of the Nissan services.

Went in for an oil change. As usual, customer service was wonderful. Had some other maintenance taken care that was needed and saved some money with my rewards. Didn't have to wait long either.

When I began searching for my next vehicle I had a very specific car in mind, one that I wasn't able to find near my home or in the state of PA. I've never purchased a car out of state and was a little hesitant at first, until I spoke with Miles Gawel from Porter Pre-Owned in Newark, DE. From the first conversation he was very attentive and was able to answer all my questions and concerns. We set up a meeting for the following Saturday and I enlisted a friend and traveled the 1 1/2 hours to the Dealership. Miles greeted us upon driving on the lot, had the car in the showroom ready for the test drive. After a quick drive I was satisfied that this was the car for me. Miles assured me that the delivery process would be quick and easy and it was, Eric Gawel, the Finance Manager was as friendly and personable as anyone could ask. He explained everything, called my local dealership to confirm they would honor the extended warranty I purchased, got me a great rate and sent us on our way. This was definitely the best car buying experience I've ever had, and that is saying a lot.

When my wife needed a new car last year, we went to Porter Nissan and ran into Angel Payne -- who helped us get exactly what my wife wanted, and helped work out the financing quickly and easily. We were in and out in the time I expected just to be looking at cars!

Fixed my air bag problem in a used Nissan Sentra Spec V. They charged a about .5 hour too much to find the simple problem but they were a big help. I will use them again for sure!

I was recently in a car accident that totaled my car and was not excited about purchasing another. I knew that I was approaching this experience from a negative place and was very definite about what I wanted and how much I was willing to spend. From the moment I walked into Porter Nissan I was greeted with friendliness and understanding. I began my search in the used car department. I visited the used lots on two different occasions and spent a lot of time researching online. Angel, my primary sales person, was extremely patient and knowledgeable. She spent hours with my family as we combed the lots and test drove numerous cars. She was adamant about finding something I would love. When I finally got my settlement and was ready to make the purchase, I went back to Porter to make my selection. Unfortunately, at that moment, they didn't really have anything in the used department that excited me. Angel was with another customer when I returned, but she had Jeff assist us with going over the cars on the lot and even testing driving more. Jeff, too, was awesome. He broke down all the costs and gave us very frank, excellent advice on what would be the best value for what I wanted. At that point, I just didn't fall in love with any of the used cars. So, over to the new car lot we went just to check in with Angel and tell her where we stood. She was still busy so we proceeded to talk with Gene, the sales manager. He was such an easy guy to talk to- comfortable, funny and open. We just felt so welcome at Nissan. After looking at new cars that I thought were out of my price range, Angel finished with her customer and came to help us. I told her how frustrated I was and that I just felt lost...here I was going to spend over $20,000 for something I didn't really want! That is a lot to swallow. Angel very honestly asked me to just lay out exactly what features I wanted, the price point and what would make me happy. She then worked with the sales manager to find me the perfect fit! I was able to get a brand new Rogue with everything I wanted slightly under my dollar amount and I am sooooo happy! While we were waiting for Angel and paperwork, other sales people came to chat with us and everyone was just so pleasant and easy-going. It really felt like everyone loved working there and the entire place just had a happy vibe. This is exactly what I needed while I struggled with car buying. So, a big thank you to everyone at Porter for making my car buying experience dare I say PLEASANT and EASY! I will definitely be recommending you to all my friends!

I went to Porter Nissan after my previous car died unexpectedly. I definitely wasn't crazy about the idea of getting a new vehicle, but after working with Angel at Porter, I have everything I want and more in my new Juke. Angel listened to my financial needs, everything I loved in my old car and what I would like in a replacement vehicle. The process was easy, and I love my new car. Highly recommended!

Never experienced anything like it and now a bit spoiled. Anyway, the Tech diagnosed the issue(s), laid out my options and gave me a breakdown in what it would cost and how important it may be. It wasn't a quick and easy repair because other things had to be eliminated but every step/decision was explained. Got everything repaired I needed and got my Jeep back. For me this dealer is far but worth the extra drive.

I recently took my car to porter for repairs after it was damaged in an auto accident. At first things were rocky, but the service reps made sure that I was happy and all of my issues were addressed. The waiting room is comfortable and the staff is very friendly. Great job all! I would take my car back there again... though I hope not to ever have to!!!

I purchased my first car from a dealer in 1986. Last week I purchased a pre-owned BMW 128 convertible from Porter Nissan. In the I intervening 30 years I bought a lot of cars, and this was far and away my best auto purchase experience. They were very easy to work with, they were extremely nice, everything that they promised worked out as agreed. The vehicle is in perfect shape. I've been researching 128's for 6 months and I'm confident I got a great price. I really can't say enough about how fantastic these guys are. I wish I could give them 6 stars.

The dealership was clean and everyone was very friendly. Alycia was our salesperson, she was great. I've never had a salesperson care so much that I understood all the features on my new car. Went in for an oil change. I was able to pull into the service station without a wait. I was immediately greeted by a customer service rep. Everyone that I came in contact with was friendly and helpful. Afterward, I got a list of recommendations that I needed to have done to my car, for free. Free Wi-Fi, coffee and water was provided in the waiting area, which made my wait a little more pleasant. The bathroom was clean.

Bought my Murano at another dealer but Porter is much closer to home....express service was super quick and easy....Staff was very helpful was in and out for an oil change in around an hours time.....Porter will continue to get my business not only for the excellent service but for Honoring Vets and applying and Military Discount.

In the military and just had my car shipped back from overseas. Picked it up in Baltimore and was driving it to Boston when it started making a horrible sound. Called Porter Nissan since it was the closest one along my route and they went above and beyond my expectations. Got me in within 30 minutes, diagnosed the issue and got it fixed in a few hours. Total cost was much lower than expected and everyone was really friendly in the service department.

I had a really great experience taking my car here. By "taking my car here" I mean that my car died while in the area for a meeting (I'm not local to Delaware). My transmission died, just outside of my warranty, at about 54K miles. The staff at Nissan made this NIGHTMARE really seamless, even while I was remote. They were really communicative and helpful with providing timely updates about my car.
